BOSTON, Mass., November 18, 2020 – Motus, the definitive leader in reimbursement solutions for businesses with mobile-enabled workforces, today announced it was recognized in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ for the second consecutive year. The list, which ranks the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy technology companies in North America, placed Motus at number 255 on the 2020 list with 439% revenue growth.
“We’re honored to be recognized by Deloitte as one of the nation’s fastest-growing technology companies for a second year in a row,” said Craig Powell, CEO of Motus. “In a year filled with economic uncertainty, this is no easy feat. This year has proved that businesses simply cannot operate as they have in the past and that it’s more important than ever to prioritize innovation-led growth. Our team has worked incredibly hard to identify and address shifting customer needs during this time, ultimately helping to address new classes of mixed-use assets. This kind of innovative thinking will continue to drive our next phase of growth.”
The COVID-19 pandemic has made mobile devices, internet and home offices critical tools in today’s current remote work landscape. In response, Motus accelerated the release of its Remote Work Reimbursement solution and launched Motus Device earlier this year to address reimbursement needs related to the increased business usage of mobile data, voice and hotspot, as well as internet and home office spaces. As more organizations seek to streamline the management of mixed-use assets in their new work environments, Motus recently announced its acquisition of Vision Wireless to bolster the company’s suite of mobile management and reimbursement solutions.
“For more than 25 years, we’ve been honoring companies that define the cutting edge and this year’s Technology Fast 500 list is proof positive that technology — from software and digital media platforms, to biotech — truly does permeate so many facets of our lives,” said Paul Silverglate, vice chairman, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology sector leader. “We congratulate this year’s winners, especially during a time when innovation is needed more than ever to address the monumental challenges posed by the pandemic.”
This year, Motus also announced Arriver Services to empower its end users to find, purchase, finance, insure and maintain thier vehicles through an on-demand platform that sources the best price. Additional services for vehicles and mobile devices will continue to be introduced in the coming months. Motus now services more than 2,300 customers and 300,000 mobile-enabled workers, having bolstered its customer base by nearly 10% in 2020.
